Austrian Lakes

Since 1999, I like to regularly visit the Salzkammergut region in Austria.

This region offers excellent conditions for many sporting activities, such as whitewater, climbing, ski mountaineering, cycling and many more. There is also a large number of lakes, in which I used to prepare myself for demanding dives into flooded caves and springs.

Many lakes are very deep and dives can be performed directly from the shore to depths of over -150 m (Traunsee), if you like long decompression in cold water 🙂
